Hi, I’m Ed Carey, a photographer and visual storyteller with a passion for capturing authentic moments. With a BA in Fine Art and an MA in Documentary Photography & Photojournalism, I bring a creative, narrative-driven approach to every project—ensuring each image tells a compelling story.

My foundation in documentary and photojournalism has shaped my ability to capture raw, unscripted moments that feel real and impactful. I’m now expanding my expertise into corporate PR, events, product, and behind-the-scenes photography, blending documentary authenticity with commercial storytelling to help brands and individuals create meaningful visual narratives.

Before transitioning into photography full-time, I spent six years in hospitality, including managing an exclusive cocktail bar in the City. This experience sharpened my ability to adapt, build strong connections, and create a comfortable environment for clients—essential for capturing natural and engaging imagery.
